All in all, this deck was given inspiration from the urza poly tyrant cEDH deck, but this is using Sisay as a way to polymorph (or one of the 3 other similar effects) into tidespout tyrant. From there you can get infinite mana through sol ring and a 0 mana cost artifact, infinite mana or storm with 2 zero mana cost artifacts, and win with aetherflux reservoir or altar of the brood.

This deck has a few advantages of using over Urza. First, It gives an option to run 5 colors and offers a variety of cards that are good. secondly, it is cheaper to play than urza and can get out earlier.

The disadvantage of running sisay instead of urza is that urza has an infinite colorless mana sink that would allow you to win the game, where sisay does not. This is important because the method of using sol ring to gain infinite mana only generates infinite mana where sisay cannot utilize that.
