The idea of the deck is to take advange of Captain Sisay ability but avoiding that the play collapse in her absence.

The core strategy is to play creatures to ruin opponents play with Linvala, Keeper of Silence, Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and Bruna, the Fading Light + Gisela, the Broken Blade using wraths to clean the playground with Avacyn, Angel of Hope on the battlefield in case of emergency.
