Note: This is a deck that requires a ton of tracking, and so is not beginner-friendly at all.

This is a deck I've been wanting to make for years and have been saving basically all the planeswalkers I've pulled. It's ridiculously easy to pull off multiple ultimates in a single turn, sometimes multiple times compared to normal. I almost always use Call the Gatewatch to search out Ajani, Sleeper Agent to get walkers out faster. Any walkers that buff power are fantastic for Sisay: just keep buffing her and you'll be able to get any legendary permanent out, though there are cards like Instrument of the Bards to get out without a buff if you somehow get all 5 colours of mana without having any other legendaries on the field.

The front side of Mila, Crafty Companion   is usually the side I go with; Lukka, Wayward Bonder   can be nice to use sometimes, but Mila in general works a lot better with the deck and gives it more support to help protect your walkers.

Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God can get pretty crazy with the amount of walkers in the deck, and with the pretty consistent mana base and multiple ways of fetching walkers like the commander Sisay, Weatherlight Captain herself, her alternate Captain Sisay, and Call the Gatewatch, you can fairly easily play the best villain in Magic despite his rather specific cost.

If you try to search out The Prismatic Bridge   with Sisay, Weatherlight Captain, make sure her power is 6 or more. Otherwise, you'll be forced into using Esika, God of the Tree  , which in itself is great mana fixing if you have other legendary creatures on the field.

Ultimately, this is a deck that I feel embodies the best of Magic. There are tons of choices to make, possibly too many, so no two games will play out the same, and there is a ton of support to protect and facilitate those choices. Not all the walkers are equally powerful, but they all do impactful things. Have fun figuring out all the different plays with 53 different walker abilities, 103 if you count Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God mimicking the 50 abilities that aren't his.
