The short and sweet of it is Sisay can search out pretty much anything you need at any time. As early as possible, I try to dig for Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant then Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle to revive my Rune-Tail if my opponent happens to find some Enchant hate. Next on the list of priorities is Karametra, God of Harvests to hard ramp my lands. Last on the priorities list is Shalai, Voice of Plenty for a solid bit of protection.

Other helpful things at literally any time: Selvala, Explorer Returned is a nice mana battery that people don't really care about getting rid of because it helps them as well. Yeva, Nature's Herald Flash on greens, need I say anymore? Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma It's good to get this out early because dropping the cost of fatties is always great. Avacyn, Angel of Hope is fantastic and self explanitory. Urza's Ruinous Blast is the best and frankly the only boardwipe I'm comfortable using in this deck. Patron of the Orochi is a great pick when you have the mana to drop it. In addition to the pseudo-vigilance and reusing your forests, you can also double up on your searches with Sisay. But more than just doubling up, in addition to the additional search on each of your turns, you can also use Patron's effect on each of your opponents turns. I often play in a group of 3, so that means I get 4 Sissy searches every round, because I search twice on my turn, and once on each opponent's turn. Which is just icing on the cake. When I get Patron on the board, my next search is usually Yeva so I can play on my opponent's turns as well. Myojin of Life's Web is a powerplay. Drop this when you're ready to end the game fast. I usually drop this and Akroma's Memorial on the same turn to give all the creatures in my hand haste and stupid. Then just run over whatever opponents haven't already died or folded out.

This is a deck that I've slowly been working on throughout my commander life. It's one of the first that I set out to build and it's still one of my best. I love it, but there's always room for improvement. Constructive criticism is welcome and there will be updates and edits to this deck as I obtain cards. Every time a new set is released I always eyeball the legends to see what I can use and abuse. lol
