Joey Manner made the Top 8 at Pro Tour Kaladesh with this archetype. Unfortunately we cannot run 4 copies of Rares or Mythics so there is some improvisation required. It still makes for a decent tempo-flyers deck, and I have already seen versions of this played at Rank 40, sometimes even played in Bant. I had thrown together a list for this archetype in EMN, and as you can see, it plays very few cards from KLD besides the Smuggler's Copter. The old list used cards like Thunderclap Wyvern and Collective Effort to go wide and Angelic Destiny to go tall while this list uses more of a tempo focus.
