I've been playing blue white flyers in standard off and on ever sense favorable winds was printed in Ixalan. Inspired by Skycat Sovereign along with our new eight-legged draw spell Sea-Dasher Octopus I wanted to take another swing at this evasive flyer beat down deck. Let me know what you would put in, I want this deck to be as optimized as the format will allow it to be.

This version replaces playsets of Faerie Guidemother and faerie miscreant With non-creater counterspells. This will keep Skycat Sovereign from getting as big but, better alive and small then dead. And in the games you just don't see the Skycat, the 1/1 just don't cut it. So I think it's better to run the tempo/protection cards. What do you think?

I'm really curious if Dovin, Grand Arbiter would improve the deck or not. I plan on finding out when Ikoria drops on Arena.
