Why does this keep coming up as not legal for block constructed? I’ve tried everything I can think of.

Inspiration

The Rath Cycle (Tempest, Stronghold, Exodus) is still my favorite block. Intruder Alarm is so fun to abuse. Add in “Tims” like Rootwater Hunter, mana producing creatures like Skyshroud Troopers and “bounce” ability Tradewind Rider and you have an infinite damage combo. This is near and dear to my heart, as it was the first time I ever set up an infinite combo, way back in 1998.
