Restoration Angel and Archangel of Thune. I'd also maximize your evasive attackers with Bident of Thassa and Coastal Piracy.

Silumgar Sorcerer seems very good. Tutoring up a counterspell when needed seems relevant in most situations :)

The mention of Silumgar Sorcerer made me notice the lack of Draining Whelk.

Tata I really like the idea of Restoration Angel and Archangel of Thune! What would you suggest swapping out for them?
TheRedMage I had Silumgar Sorcerer in briefly, actually. I swapped him out for Stratus Dancer. The dancer seems like it could hit more relevant targets. I dunno though, I really like the sorcerer. Idk if I'm just trying to make bad cards work XD
nextsurething I really like Draining Whelk! I cannot believe i did not see him before. I'll definitely try to find a spot! What would you suggest?
Archtype_of_Slivers A toolbox deck is a deck that can search up conditional answers when it needs it, with an example being Birthing Pod decks. Isperia the Inscrutable is able to tutor up a flier with each swing she connects with.

You have a lot of tuck effects that are no longer super relevant. Spin into Myth, Hinder, etc. Cut 'em for better fliers.

Take a looksie at my version of Isperia for some options, I'd drop Radiant though; she's easy to chump block with 1/1 flying tokens all day and is just significantly worse than Avacyn, Linvala and Dragonlord Ojutai. :)
That said, if you want to control the board Hushwing Gryff, Magus of the Moat, Aboshan, Sunblast Angel etc all make for great tutor targets.

Hey Nice deck here man +1
I like decks that aren't just packed full of bulk rates trying to make up 99 cards, there are some well thought-out choices here, that's plain to see.
My only question being to ask what the reasoning was behind playing Seat of the Synod and Ancient Den when artefact wipe like Vandalblast is common. Two basics would do exactly the same thing for you and not be vulnerable to hate.
Also, what are the commanders you're up against most often? :)

Also, I don't think Blind Obedience can be in the deck due to the hybrid black in the extort cost.

It's in the reminder text so you're all good. (Dumb rule I know)

Degonvey: the Seat of the Synod and Ancient Den are left over from when I was running Trinket Mage.
I don't actually get to play the deck very often, unfortunately. Last few of games were Rhys the Redeemed, Riku of Two Reflections, and Maelstrom Wanderer. I rolled over the rhys, barely lost to riku, and died horribly to wanderer

Khal_Drogo I've thought about it. I would give a bunch of card advantage, but it's expensive to cast. I'll probably test it at some point if I come across the card anywhere.

if you had a problem with Guile and Dovescape, add Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite

While Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite is a fantastic card, it does not really have a place in this deck. If it had flying, it would be my anti-token card instead of Windborn Muse. But the lack of flying and the high cost make it a poor fit for the deck :/

Divine Reckoning is amazing for Isperia, I will have to include it in my own so thanks for that. :)
Speaking of my own, Isperia's Flying Circus of Tools if you'd like to have a look for ideas. I've tried to make suggestions but I'm not quite sure where you're going... I don't see a lot of cards that gain you information to use Isperia reliably.
I see in the comments that Telepathy paints a target, and at times I agree it can. However if you hold onto it until you're in a position to use it; it works better. Sometime having cards that allow you to 'Look at' rather than 'Reveal' a hand can be better as it doesn't give away secrets to the other opponents. You can find these cards in my build I linked rather than me posting a big list.
To end it looks decent with the creature effects you have, so +1 from me. I hope you find some ideas from my share and if you have any ?'s let me know. Happy Tapping!

Dovescape was in a previous version. I took it out after I was swarmed by over 50 tokens in a turn. Guile doesn't really have much in common with deck: I can't fetch it and it is expensive. Swans of Bryn Argoll, however, is one I did not see. I'll definitely have to test with it!
