How high can you fly?

I've had Talrand awhile and basically I wanted a deck that was just good fun and so cheap I didn't have to even sleeve it up. I'll have to modify it and get some ramp/rocks in it for sure but it's not a rush.

I also want to get a Stormtide Leviathan for it.
