Modern* Aggro Combo Dragons Sliver Tribal

I am a big fan of Slivers because of their versatility. Other decks I built involved slivers and strange combos. When I saw Dragon Tempest recently spoiled, the first thing I thought was "how good could this card be if only it referred to sliver instead of dragons!" So the prototype of this deck is born.Galerider Sliver to make sure all my creatures have flying and haste with Dragon Tempest on the battlefield; Manaweft Sliver to allow big mana production since the earlier turns, thanks to low costs sliver and shapeshifters; Diffusion Sliver and Thunderbreak Regent make my opponents think twice before targeting one of my creatures; Chameleon Colossus and Scourge of Valkas are the big bodies of the deck; Coat of Arms if needed; Doubling Chant + Dragon Tempest is a wincon later in the game. Sarkhan Unbroken is one of the strongest planeswalkers, in this deck it can be potentially played on the third turn. Draconic Roar comes pretty handy as removal and it always hits opponents since I always have a dragon in hand or onto the battlefield.
why I still need help with this deck: I have problems fixing mana base, maybe I should add fetchlands. During playtesting, Sarkhan does not perform as well as I wanted: maybe it is too much slow to see modern play? Should I have to add more control/defense against removal? I don't have any 3 cmc card to fill the curve, do you have suggestions?
