A Deck Based around but not restricted by Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank

Deck Goals

1. Burn your opponent quickly|Soul Spike|Needlebite Trap|Sleeper Agent|Chancellor of the Dross|
2. Lock them out and watch as they bleed i.e.|Sleeper Agent|Ensnaring Bridge|Bloodchief Ascension|
3. Combo off with|Bloodchief Ascension|Mindcrank|

A nice thing to note about this deck is its ability to quickly put pressure on the opponents life total while increasing your own in the early game. This allows you to take more time to find your combo pieces or burn out your opponent without needing board pressure or having the fear of dying early.

Fixing

This deck in a sense can be viewed as a Glass canon, so how do we maintain consistency.

• |Spoils of the Vault| Allows us to search for combo cards|Mindcrank|Bloodchief Ascension| mana fixing|Swamp|Grove of the Burnwillows| stall cards|Ensnaring Bridge|Collective Brutality|
• |Serum Powder| Gives access to mulligan possibilities which is necessary for the Decks consistency. On the play we want to see |Chancellor of the Dross|Bloodchief Ascension| in your opening hand and this card increases the chances to have that.

You have the safety to set up combos and keep the game going longer with |Thoughtseize|Collective Brutality|. Having the ability to interrupt your opponents play while not interfering with your own game-plan is a definite plus.

Tricks

The option to have a turn (0-1) counter on Bloodchief Ascnesion via Chancellor of the Dross is sick.

• Discarding useless cards with |Soul Spike|Collective Brutality| increases the value of those cards and allows us to use Ensnaring Bridge to its full potential.
• Cheating out all of our high cost cards with the use of 0-1 mana allows us to run very low mana with no loss.| NeedlBite trap + Grove of the burnwillows|Soul Spike + 2 Black Cards|
• Sleeper Agent Procs Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank on their upkeep and gives Bloodchief Ascension counters on their turn, pushing the game clock down significantly.
