To build this pauper EDH deck, I took a Sygg, River Guide merfolk EDH deck that I had and started adjusting it, focusing on ramp to big sea monsters, bouncing creatures, and enabling Islandwalk by giving opponents islands. The "shapeshifter" equipment allows me to keep the Eldrazi on the field when Slinn Voda comes down.
