This is my low-budget standard sliver deck. It's still a work in progress, and I have yet to test it.

Here's the strategy:

Slivers do their sliver thing, that doesn't need explanation.

Negate defends against strong enchantments and board wipes.

Pacifism deals with their strong heavy hitters.

Shock gives me some burn, especially good for creatures with deathtouch and flying.

Shimmering Grotto,Transguild Promenade, and Manaweft Sliver should be able to keep my mana base consistent enough to use four colors.

Door of Destinies should make the deck lethal even if I dont get a Bonescythe Sliver or Megantic Sliver out.

That's pretty much it. I would appreciate any feedback, but keep in mind that this is a budget deck (not throwing down for shock lands, cavern of souls, or Domri). I usually just play with friends.
