Sliver Overlord edh. The argument can be had to switch overlord with queen for more ramp and what not but that's why this is a budget deck. it doesn't cost much to make this deck but the price down below will tell you different because it doesn't ask for a set you got it from so it picks the most expensive. Anyway here we go with three things you should know before attempting slivers.

1. Sliver Overlord will paint a pretty big target on your head in multiplayer games because of the sliver's well known infamy.

2. Don't just lay down any sliver like a brain dead zombie, they are all combo pieces, you don't want your Heart Sliver to be Path to Exile'd or Swords to Plowshares'd right off the bat.

3. Sliver have many, many strengths but don't think they don't have weakness. They are extremely vulnerable and often answered with board wipes such as: Wrath of God Planar Cleansing day of judgement so make sure you save your sliver revival cards for good times. Don't blow them.
