With the Sliver foil deck and a bunch of random stuff I've gathered over the years, I threw together a Sliver Overlord deck.

Sliver Overlord can fetch any Sliver from your library, which is why he's the commander. He can even fetch Amoeboid Changeling and then you can steal any creature on the board.

Another little combo is Mana Echoes and Sliver Queen. Provided you have a few slivers in play then you pay 2 to make a sliver token, then you get at least 2 back from mana echoes. Repeat until people get annoyed at you. With infinite mana and sliver tokens, you can find a way to win.

Also, if you use Tunnel Vision on yourself naming Patriarch's Bidding then you'll fill your graveyard up with good stuff and have a Patriarch's Bidding in your hand. Then cast Bidding naming 'Sliver' to reanimate all those pesky slivers.

Of course, since you can fetch any sliver in your deck you can probably throw together any little combo you like. For example, Psionic Sliver, Fungus Sliver and any of the slivers that raise their toughness giving you a total toughness of 4. Then each sliver can shoot something for 2 damage, survive the feedback damage and also gain a +1/+1 counter. Hibernation Sliver and Pulmonic Sliver can save your slivers that get killed.

Of course this manabase fails when faced with a Blood Moon, but only one person I know plays it.

This deck isn't perfect, of course since it's made with cards I've gathered. Literally for every sliver I own, I put one in this deck.
