Notable win conditions:

Sliver Queen beat down. Especially if a Planeswalker can pump her or give double strike.

Swarm. Plenty of token producing Planeswalkers and a lot of good ways to take advantage of those. Garruk and Elspeth ultimate especially so. This strategy is especially powerful with a Humility on board.

Various ults and emblems. Tamiyo emblem rocks the house. Plow or Vindicate anything in the way and get the beatdown. Karn ulting is usually a win, as well.

Go infinite. This is more difficult to do. You need The Chain Veil and a way of untapping it like Tezzeret or Ral and a way of generating at least 4 mana with your Planeswalker abilities. Xenagos, Tezzeret, and Garruk can all provide this depending on the board. This means that Tezz is highly valuable to you and a huge target to opponents, as is The Chain Veil.

So the plan is to disrupt the opponents' plans with spot removal, board wipes, pesky enchantments and artifacts, and Planeswalker abilities until you outvalue all of your opponents. Your draw can lead to a lot of different ways of playing. A hand of 2 lands, Mana Vault, and Mirari's Wake typically leads to an aggressive start where you get ahead and use your disruption to stay there. 5 lands, Knight-Errant, and Tamiyo will be a more controlling plan. 3 board wipes and 4lands even more so.
