Slivers...what else is there to say? They look cool, and in the commander format, why not? They have great synergy together, actually they are the definition of synergy. Sliver Overlord is my commander basically because of his tutor ability; get whatever sliver you want whenever you want.

I've tried to make this deck as inexpensive but effective as possible. Therefore, the mana base may seem rudimentary but it works out and you don't have to buy those pricey fetch and dual lands. Other than that, Sliver Queen is the most expensive card in the deck but there's a reason why, she is a havoc for our opponents. Sliver Legion is also a game changer but he's also pricey, so instead I've replaced him with Coat of Arms, only down side is that I can't use Sliver Overlord's tutor ability for it. But overall, this is a fun deck, my favorite strategy is building up my sliver army and making them almost untouchable with Crystalline Sliver and Sliver Hivelord on the battlefield. Then, when the time is right, pull out a Virulent Sliver and a Shifting Sliver or Shadow Sliver to basically make them unblock-able. As a result, you can K.O. all of your opponents in one turn at the same time because of the infect from Virulent Sliver. I like to call it the "OTK", one-turn-kill. And this is all possible due to Sliver Overlord and his ability to let me get whatever sliver I want.

Another fun combo is the infinite slivers: Get a Sliver Queen, Training Grounds/Heartstone, Gemhide Sliver/Manaweft Sliver, and finally a Heart Sliver onto the battle field. As a result, you can spend one mana to create a sliver token from the Sliver Queen who's activated ability only costs 1 because of Heartstone or Training Grounds. Then, tap the sliver token for another one mana to create another sliver token since it has haste from Heart Sliver. Repeat this process to your heart's content.

Would put in Cavern of Souls but like I said before, this deck is supposed to be inexpensive but effective as possible. Other than that, any suggestions for artifacts and/or other sliver creatures that I could add would be great.
