Sliver tribal is so strong that you don't actually need to play slivers to make a sliver deck. There's not even a single sliver in here! (excluding changelings)

The idea is to turn all your creatures into slivers with Hivestone or Xenograft and then transform various lords into sliver lords with Artificial Evolution , hopefully with the help of Isochron Scepter or Elite Arcanist. There are several more "creature type matters" cards to fill in the rest of the deck.
