This is the second canadian highlander deck I have made. I found dragons really interesting ever since I started playing magic. One of my friends was obsessed with dragons and would constantly beat me down with them. So I wanted to make a deck that would be able to put out a lot of dragons really quickly. Then I found Dragonstorm....

This deck is a mono red storm based deck. A lot of fast mana in the forms of Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Mana Crypt, Grim Monolith, and rituals like Pyretic Ritual, Desperate Ritual, and Seething song. You use all the mana to either get a big dragon out very quickly or to cast dragonstorm and get Scourge of Valkas, Lathliss, Dragon Queen, and/or Utvara Hellkite. With these early on you can establish a very overwhelming board of dragons. You can just play your dragons on curve and just stomp on your opponents' face. Either way, DRAGONS!!!!!
