Judging by Kaseto's flavor text, shouldn't the title be "Snakes, with a Side of Wisdom"? XD
Stupid jokes aside, looks like a pretty cool deck man. Only card that I am not too sure about is Buried Ruin, it makes it harder to activate Kaseto, and the lack of good targets for it makes the utility very limited.

You are missing quite a lot of the snake enchantments and artifacts that would be much better in this deck

Would make this so much better as it gives you a higher chance to poison your opponent/s especially as you are playing Triumph of the Hordes
