You want it so that only YOUR silvers get the ability Manaweft Sliver > Gemhide Sliver

I would mainboard Diffusion Sliver, lots of removal out there.

If you can afford it go 4 x Cavern of Souls

I found that Frenetic Sliver is great

I would also add 1 or 2 more Venom Sliver. Deathtouch is just crazy.

Bonescythe Sliver also

Here's my advice for you:

Run Manaweft Sliver over Gemhide, just in case of a mirror match so you're not helping out your opponent.

I would also run Sidewinder Sliver as a playset (4-of), since Flanking stacks and it's a one drop. Bump up the number of Blur Slivers, because that guy and Manaweft/Gemhide is beautiful. To explain, he allows you to access any ramp from new slivers to the board faster (so you essentially get your one drops for free, and your 2 drops generally cost 1 mana in terms of investment/return)

Syphon Sliver, because Lifelink is OP. Bonescythe Sliver should also be run, because Double Strike is OP. Leeching Sliver OR Thorncaster Sliver to deal damage before you even attack (Leeching Sliver is my personal favorite). The three of these on the field together is even more OP as every attack will create a MASSIVE swing in life.

If you bump up the number of Creatures, run Domri Rade over Military Intelligence- It may be more mana intensive, but you don't need to attack, Domri MIGHT distract your opponent by attacking him to stop you getting the emblem, and the other minus ability is nifty removal.

Garruk, Caller of Beasts is also good, but at 6 cmc, he's not great. The plus ability will literally fill your hand every turn, the second ability lets you get around the cost of Hivelord and the emblem is always nice.

As for stuff to remove, I'd get rid of Sliver Legion (not being a 'lord' and giving blanket benefits is not particularly in his favour, as is his high cmc). Sentinel Sliver... Because Vigilance is nice... But the extra defence isn't particularly advantageous- sideboard him. Chromatic Lantern should be removed as you don't need more mana- your mana base is fine as is and Manaweft/Gemhide should be your only ramp source. Door of Destinies is nice, but if your casting this turn 4... you probably won't have enough mana to do anything else that turn without using slivers already on the board.

Take a look at my take on Slivers: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/08-06-15-slivers/

4x Sedge Sliver is incredibly important for modern sliver decks I would also recommend running a full play set of gale rider sliver. Virulent Sliver is a strong win con and usually works nicely as a 2-3 of. 3-4x Manaweft Sliver is important for color fixing being slightly beter than Gemhide Sliver in case you run into the mirror match up. 3x Necrotic Sliver usually gives sliver decks the removal they need to stay alive in modern being able to use your slivers as a means to destroy any permanent. 2x Homing Sliver is usually nice for allowing you to fetch whatever sliver you need for the situation. Then a few useful utility slivers such as Harmonic Sliver, Striking Sliver, and Darkheart Sliver. 3x AEther Vial is also a must have to help quickly pump out slivers. Meanwhile cards such as Sliver Hivelord], Sliver Overlord, and Door of Destinies are to slow and lack impact in modern usually resulting in them being dead cards in hand most games. Spined Sliver, and Sidewinder Sliver's abilities tend not to be to useful most matches while giving your slivers unnecessary conditional pump spells where evasion would be more useful. Blur Sliver is another sliver where the cost to play usually is not worth the benefits being a 3 mana 2/2 who dies to every form of removal commonly found in the format while providing minimal benefit. Chromatic Lantern is another card usually to slow for the cost leading to you having a dead turn the same goes for Descendants' Path as turn 3 is the most important turn in the format in which either most aggro decks are closing in for the win or combo decks such as splinter twin will flash in their Deciever Exarch and win next turn with Splinter Twin. minor amounts of removal such as Abrupt Decay, Dismember, or hand disruption such as Thoughtseize, and Inquisition of Kozilek tend to be useful to have take up 4-6 slots in the deck.

Also just a note this is not a Hive Mind deck as the hive mind combo deck relies upon using Hive Mind in combination with cards such as Slaughter Pact, Summoner's Pact, and Pact of Negation for instant wins against opponents who unable to pay the cost of the pacts on their turn lose it frequently shows up as a strategy in amulet bloom decks.

OtakulordAndrew you need to be running some swamps in order for Sedge Sliver to be effective.

IvoryFrost id drop the lanterns and door of destinies. Add in some Quilled Slivers possibly because they are so much fun with Venom Sliver. And the afore mentioned galerider and bonescythe.

Land base looks good, but Id switch some stuff put for a playset of Cavern of Souls if possible.

IvoryFrost Using Congregation at Dawn is a great way to put the creatures you want at the end of the opponents turn, then Collected Company would be very useful.

I would maybe take out the Mana Confluence for Chromatic Lantern or Rupture Spire

. I am seeing this deck working in almost the same way and same as Merfolk. What I found is that they will kill your dorks as soon as they can if you are hurt on mana. With this deck it will hurt more then elves due to different mana you need to summon.

I really liked the Leeching Sliver due to even if they block they still take damage. This is great if they have 4 life and 8 blockers and you have 4 slivers out. Would not put a 4 of in maybe like a 2 of. Diffusion Sliver is great and will help with bolts, maybe 3 of instead of 4 (It does stack with each other. It helps against targeted spells, but does not increase damage on the sliver and will not protect against Anger of the Gods). Like that you increased Homing Sliver to 2. Manaweft Sliver I would increase to 4, maybe even throw a Gemhide Sliver or 2 in. Unlike elves this makes all your slivers into mana dorks. I would put the Blur Sliver back in, maybe a 2-3 of. I like the Sentinel Sliver maybe 1-2. A Frenetic Sliver is also great against board wipes, this has saved my sliver army many times. Maybe Harmonic Sliver in main board and 1 in sideboard, for those matches with nastly enchantments/artifacts.

I also liked the Sliver Legion. Chord of Calling could be a great way to get these guys out even if you do not have the correct mana or other key slivers that you need.

Mana going to be a pain with this. I think 20-22 might be the best. I see that you are saving for Cavern of Souls and AEther Vial. I think that both should probably be a 4 of. I would skip on the Mutavault yes it is a sliver, but it is colorless mana. Path of Exile is a huge card, I would at least play one land of every color (in one of my games my opponent path my creatures and i was so happy. i searched for a swamp and was able to Abrupt Decay next turn). Ancient Ziggurat is great, but it will not let you cast Collected Company. Reflecting Pool is also great but it sucks as a turn 1 land and sometimes turn 2. I am not saying it is bad, having Reflecting Pool with Mana Confluence/Ancient Ziggurat/Sliver Hive is killer.

I'll try to see if I can put something together and maybe you can grab something out of it. I have not had time to play test your newest build, but like I said before I loved your last build and thought it was quick. I think zerging is the best way to go.

I'm actually messing around with the deck a little bit, I thought Blur Sliver was a casting cost of 4 and not 3.

Right now I'm playing around with taking out Domri Rade reducing Diffusion Sliver down to 3 and taking out my Sliver Hivelord out of my main board and just having him in my side board, and reducing Venom Sliver, Striking Sliver, and Syphon Sliver down to 1-2 of. I'll bring in Sedge Sliver to make a 3-4 of and the rest goes to blur.

And there should be enough room for AEther Vial but I'm not sure if I should run 3 or full 4...

run 4 AEther Vial

GoblinBushwacker

I've redesigned the deck and it now runs 4 AEther Vial.

Still workout out some kinks though
