Maybeboard

Guttersnipe, Talrand, Sky Summoner cantrips, and board wipe. This deck puts Guttersnipe's ability to use for direct damage to the opponents every time you cast an instant or a sorcery. Cantrips for card draw let you keep cards in hand as you cast cheap sorceries to deal damage. The added bonus is that you might pull another Guttersnipe to deal even more damage for each spell. With Talrand, Sky Summoner out, tokens get generated for chump blocking and dealing with flying threats- or just to deal additional damage each turn.

While susceptible to board wipes, this deck features board wipes of its own that can be cheapened by Goblin Electromancer. Cyclonic Rift fills a double role here as full board wipe, or single creature removal. The win condition for this deck is the synergy between Guttersnipe and Talrand, Sky Summoner. Either on their own is rather weak, but this deck is more just fun to play rather than being designed for winning at tournaments.

Suggestions

Updates Add

I brought in Fog Banks in place of the Hovering Barriers for greater utility, and faster casting. Also swapped Divination for Think Twice for better synergy with Guttersnipe. I added Sulfur Falls to the decklist for better mana fixing. Delver of Secrets  Flip found its way into my sideboard to turn up the heat if I find I need to be more aggressive. I threw in some Mizzium Mortars as well for better creature removal. Negate came in from my sideboard to replace Mizzium Skin which wasn't doing me much good. Now this deck has more consistent control.

Thanks to those who gave advice! Still looking to clean it up around the edges, so all critiques are welcome!
