Building a Mizzex Storm brew on a very tight budget.

Land base and artifacts are weakest link but will need to prioritize.

The principle of the deck is to get a few counters on Mizzix of the Izmagnus the turn she comes out.

She helps with generating infinite or large amounts of mana with things like the two Guildmages Izzet Guildmage + Nivix Guildmage and their copying synergy with High Tide + Mana Geyser + Pyretic Ritual ( we have Training Grounds to keep their activated ability cost low )

Our lord and savior Reiterate is also the jewel of the infinite mana synergies and combos.

The main win con is to have Mizzix of the Izmagnus out to help with building a big enough storm count and finish with grape shot, or millions of weenies with the Docent of Perfection   or the Young Pyromancer

Baral, Chief of Compliance and Goblin Electromancer to keep the mana costs down if Mizzix of the Izmagnus does not stick.

The obligatory Firemind's Foresight for Pyretic Ritual + Reiterate and Lightning Bolt combo is in there for a laugh.

That's about it. Ill add more to this as I test.

Any suggestions for budget ways to improve along the storm theme would be great.

Also suggestions for budget replacements for any EDH staples I might be missing.
