I was having an issue with the website earlier, it was telling me a bunch of things were happening when they weren't, thanks for the heads up on the Regresses. I don't really like the idea of cryptic in this deck and playtests have shown that it isn't a necessity. This current version of the deck is meant to be effective, not to just throw money at it for no reason. xD

Personally like Cyclonic Rift over Regress. That overload is killer for tokens.

You should probably reread Eye of Nowhere before being so hasty

Not a bad list, but here's my various takes:
Boomerangs with no budget
Boomerangs with a Splash of White
Boomerang: best card ever printed?
Elemental Boomerangs
The first one is non-budget, the second and third are both heavy budget and very similar to the original. The last one doesn't resemble the first 3 very much, but it's probably the most effective. It uses boomerang to slow the opponent and then ramp into 30+ 2/1 elemental tokens.
Take a look, you might find something useful to improve this version. Cryptic Command is the first card I'd recommend. Also, you have 8 Regress. Replace 4 with Consign to Dream or Cryptic Command.
