"My criticism of the Izzet is that their impulse for learning seems too much like impulse and too little like learning." —Trigori, Azorius senator

Most decks can't handle a Warp World. You put the top 15-20 cards of your best deck onto the battlefield, how many of those are permanents? Do you have a functional board state? This deck is built to benefit from a Warp World. Two sorceries, no instants, no planeswalkers. Every card is useful 99% of the time.

Basically I just packed it full of combos:

Heartless Hidetsugu + {double/triple damage} + {haste}

{double/triple damage} is one of:

Note that all these spells specify sources I control. Furnace of Rath is a dangerous card.

{haste} is one of:

In the event that Hidetsugu is unavailable, hasty thopters, myrs, and wizards will still get me places.

Pili-Pala + Grand Architect = infinite mana

Use this infinite mana to cast all the spells in deck using Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain as the main draw engine.

Similarly, cost reducers like Etherium Sculptor and Cloud Key can make mana rocks cost nothing, which combined with draw doublers like Alhammarret's Archive make it possible to draw . . . well, maybe not the whole deck, but enough to find a combo.

The idea is, I get a lot of permanents on board (at least 20 is ideal), I Warp World, and then either I immediately have a combo on board, or I'm one turn away and my opponents have naught but lands. It's shocking how well it works.
