a budget grixis lantern control list.

the biggest budgeting innovation was going down to 1 ensaring bridge, and running 2 Silent Arbiter, which is the only card with a similar effect i found useful. it also covers the gaps Ensnaring Bridge leaves, namely many small creatures. if i had the money for more Ensnaring Bridges, this would go down to a 1 of, with the second being replaced by an Ensnaring Bridge
