Looking over your deck I see that it has new cards so I am thinking over what is newer that you can toss in that you may already have.Opaline Unicorn is ramp and fixing (always good)Unknown Shores will fix your mana as well.Jungle Hollow is your missing gain land (fixing)Sidisi, Undead Vizier is invaluable to you for the Tutor effect and you are already playing with the exploit synergy going on.Market Festival is good ramp and fixing (taps the land for it's original color and 2 extra mana of any color).Villainous Wealth is also great fun in your colors. If you hit any large number of mana and cast this then you can get tons of value. and if Mill is a plan of yours it does mill for X.
When your ready to go into some older cards get a Sol Ring, probably the best EDH card you can get for any deck (it only runs about $3 USD). Ramp and fixing are invaluable in EDH.
good luck

I will put a Jungle Hollow in when I can get one, same with the Ascendancy.
I'll look for a Counterspell and a Dig Through Time.
It's not that I don't have money, it's that I'm a cheapo that I'm not planning on getting the Library.

Sorry for not addressing your suggestions, Pervavita, I was typing my first response and then yours appeared when I submitted mine.
I'll take out the Aerie for the Market Festival, and the banner for the Unicorn.
I'll see if I can get a Shores and a Sidisi.
I played against a Wealth at FNM. They milled me for 42. That... Yeah. I want one.
I actually know someone who might have a Sol Ring, so I'll see if I can trade for that.

so, ramp is always good, especially if you have one land producing two mana, one of each of its colors. with that in mind, you should look into Dimir Aqueduct, Simic Growth Chamber and Golgari Rot Farm. they're in your colors, and produce two mana. watch out tho, you need to bounce another land already on the battlefield.

I did play with the Simic Growth Chamber in a Cube draft. I'll look into getting those lands.

Replace Awaken the bear with Titanic Growth, this costs 1 forest and 1 other mana to cost, and it allows you to put a +4/+4 on target creature which is good, try to put in Deity of Scars, you can either pay with black or green mana, this is a 7/7 but it comes in the battlefield with 2 -1/-1 counters and you can pay 1 black or green mana to get rid of one or you can pay 2 black or green mana, this also has trample which would go good with your deck.
That's all the cars I know about that would be good with your deck, I don't know much about commander though, all I know about is Standard and modern, but I am willing to help you either way.

I'm planning on getting one, I just don't have one right now :D

Why not turn this into self mill as you require Phenax, God of Deception to be any sizeable threat it seems. If you where self-mill Which BuG is strong at, you won't need Phenax to win. But your commander ability could still be used.
All you need to include to win is Laboratory Maniac. Add in Mirror-Mad Phantasm and Phyrexian Metamorph and you have yourself a self mill for your entire deck.

Duskmantle Guildmage that you want will go very nicely with a Mindcrank (they go infinite)

@Cerradura Hmm... That's an interesting combo. I might try that, but I use Tasigur's ability to get stuff back that I need/is annoying more than as a wincon.
@K34 I've been looking at that combo, and it seems a bit mana intensive, but still effective. Also, the Guildmage combos very well with Leyline of the Void, because they can't put cards into graveyard, the ability never finishes, and they end up exiling their entire deck.

I know he is pricey...but if you have him: Jace Beleren finishes games (even EDH ones) or Jace, Vryn's Prodigy Flip

Believe me, I would love to have a Vyrn's Prodigy, but he's ridiculously expensive. I'll add him if I manage to pull him in a pack.
I'll think about Jace Beleren.

Mind Grind hits all opponents instead of target opponent.
Also, don't make a mill deck without Bloodchief Ascension!

Yes, Bloodchief Ascension! I had totally forgotten about that card! Yes. Mind Grind is also one I was looking at getting.
Thanks for the reminder!

Wow I really misunderstood how state-based actions work when I wrote that previous comment.
Leyline of the Void actually doesn't synergize with a lot of stuff I have in the "plan to get" section. While useful against Eldrazi titans, specifically Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, their shuffle effect can be countered with Nihil Spellbomb or Tormod's Crypt. Also idk how common any of those cards are in commander.

Cancel is lame, even in EDH, Counterspell is way better. Jungle Hollow is the third of the Life-Lands, and lands that tap for more than one colour are generally good in EDH. Sultai Ascendancy puts more cards into your graveyard for Tasigur, and lets you stack your draw for the turn. If you ever have a ton of money sitting around, Sylvan Library is a very strong card, because it lets you reorder your deck, and occasionally draws you three Cards. Dig Through Time and Treasure Cruise remove the junk you don't want your opponents giving back to you with Tasigur, and give you a good effect.
