Tasigur, the Golden Fang is perfect for this deck. I completely forgot about it.

Have you considered going for a abzan build instead of jund since the only reason for going with jund here over abzan is Bloodbraid Elf and Lightning Bolt but with abzan you have access to Lingering Souls, Siege Rhino and Path to Exile you lose some sd cards but Stony Silence is a strong sd card (right?).

what i meant is that with abzan you maybe have access to more win conditions then in jund.

I will do an Abzan build. I haven't played Abzan since before Rabblemaster Jund was a thing. I like the idea though. This is meant for all of the players who want to get on the Jund train but are late getting the key cards which have all shot up in value thanks to the unbanning of Bloodbraid Elf

yeah i thought going in to modern whould be expensive but now pretty much all of the decks i whanted to play cost so much more =(
And maybe you could even fit in some of the plainswalkers that were used when abzan was a thing in standard like Ajani, Mentor of Heroes or Sorin, Solemn Visitor

Turtle_Wizard Check this out for comparison to your Jundem deck. I think we are onto something with Liliana, Heretical Healer Flip lol.

I would look at maybe Ruin Raider as a more applicable replacement for BOB. Running 4 Liliana probably means you'll always be attacking.

Ill put Ruin Raider in the maybe board for now. As a three drop it clunks up the curve. Though the point about Liliana, Heretical Healer Flip is valid.

As much as I like the idea of this list, I feel like it needs some corners rounded off. Glint-Sleeve Siphoner needs a lot of energy support to reliably replace bob. I'd far rather run Phyrexian Arena or even Underworld Connections- delaying cardraw by a turn in exchange for less disruptable card advantage feels better than possibly drawing a card.
A +1/+1 counter package seems like a bigger payoff than self mill with flayer, without Goyf or Taisugir shenanigans. Dipping more heavily into green with Experiment One, Avatar of the Resolute, Deeproot Champion/Quirion Dryad/Vinelasher Kudzu, Managorger Hydra etc feels like it should get more from jund's hand disruption without the big-bucks cards.

Hey lagotripha, thanks for the comment. Glint-Sleeve Siphoner isn't a perfect Bob replacement but it's a body (with menace) that often draws a removal spell or at least one activation. It plays well with Liliana, Heretical Healer
Flip as entering combat or eating removal with it lets her flip.
I like all of those creature suggestions except that they don't pump Bloodhall Ooze as effectively. Grim Flayer is the best costed creature that I know of along side Putrid Leech. Although, I could see cutting Putrid Leech for Managorger Hydra. Hydra is such a strong card if left unchecked.

Maybe in a budget Dredge/re-animator build. It's a niche card that requires a lot of support to be consistent. I'll toy around with it some today/tomorrow and see if I can come up with a budget build for it. My first thoughts are Lotleth Troll, Grim Flayer, and Grisly Salvage to fill the yard.

Thanks for the suggestion Vlasiax! That sounds like a plan. Although I will keep the energy theme and +1/+1 counters going as they are what make the deck affordable yet still competitive.

Wow. I love it. Thank you so much for laying it out so well and designing it to be so budget. It’s so beautiful. I can’t wait to put this together. My friends are going to hate me. Though I must ask, why Bloodstained Mire? Why is it better than other options? I don’t see how pulling just one better? What do you think about bounce lands to pull Aether Hub back?

Thanks for the love Lazriel!! As for Bloodstained Mire, and why it over the other two Jund Fetch lands, because it is the cheapest of the three. It has the ability to grab any of our shock lands and could replace one or two copies of Blooming Marsh. I have enjoyed this deck so much, that I almost have it foiled out. lol. So much for a budget build right. :)

Also, to your point about bounce lands... With no room for Amulet of Vigor or Explore type cards in the list; it's not very useful. Also, the format is too fast right now. I normally don't have much issue getting energy so for one added synergy, cutting power cards for "combo" pieces doesn't make sense to me.

You have a maybeboard. I'm very interested in the deck, and have gotten a lot of the pieces. I want to know your thoughts on what you would cut for Greenbelt Rampager as i own a playset and want to know why you included it. Thanks!

Thanks for the comment Mr_Versatile123!
When I first built the deck, I was unsure of which 1-drop would work best for the deck. Bloodhall Ooze and Greenbelt Rampager were the two contenders. I started off with 2 of each, but once I started playing with the deck, generating didn't seem to be an issue in games where I didn't draw Greenbelt Rampager. Whereas, Ooze synergized so much with Winding Constrictor that I decided to abandon Rampager.
If you wanted to focus more on production, say a build focused around Aetherworks Marvel, then Greenbelt Rampager is a better fit for that sort of deck. That usually takes you out of Jund colors however and probably isn't worth the effort. Not sure though as I've never tried it.
TL;DR: If you want to focus on production, play Greenbelt Rampager
If you like +1/+1 counters, play Bloodhall Ooze

Chasmolinkerthanks for the reply. I can see how Ooze is a much better fit. This deck looks super fun. I also like how you update it often. Keep it up!

I do like the deck, but $600 is not budget in my book. I also think that you could play more removal.

Sick idea using energy/Glint-Sleeve to replace Bob, I never thought to do that myself and just went with Pain Seer instead.
Have you considered using Tasigur, the Golden Fang over Putrid Leech? I find myself playing him for more often than not and he's a tougher creature without the life investment, not to mention I've found his ability useful when I'm out of gas.
