This is a semi-burn deck for SOI standards. Unlike traditional burn, this build does not focus primarily on doing damage to face (though you could), but rather using burn spells to keep the board clear and when possible hit face. It utilize these spells latter in the game through Goblin Dark-Dwellers to close it out. The other primary win con is Chandra, Flamecaller.
The synergy between Heir of Falkenrath and Incorrigible Youths can result in incredibly explosive hands, but even without it both cards fill an important role.Heir of Falkenrath is a great discard outlet and a 2 manna 3/2 flier. While Incorrigible Youths for 5 manna is not great, it still acts as a 4 damage burn spell that often leaves behind a body. If cast for madness it almost 3 more copies of a 4 damage burn spell.
Kolaghan's Command is a great utility card, often dealing two damage to a creature or face and bringing back one of my creature that eats removal. It can also be very effective getting the opponent to discard, keeping cards in hand at parity. Sometimes you can even get cheeky and cast a madness spell off of it, but this is normally not the optimal line. Finally, post board if i bring in hand disruption, Kolaghan's Command gets even better because I can simply dismantle my opponents hand, while either getting a good creature back or removing something they have in play.
The side board focuses on disrupting control/ramp decks, and clearing the board of tokens or extreme go wide strategies. Also Burn from Within can help close out late game and also can be used to exile a pesky creature.
Give me your thoughts! (and no I don't want this to turn into BR vampires, sorry). The curve is a little wacky, but in play testing it, I rarely didn't have a spell I could cast effectively and get good value out of (except turn one).
