Weenie deck that doesn't lose to midrange.

I've been waiting for the format to be good for mono white weenies in standard since Magic 14 rotated out. I think this set is an excellent time to bring back the deck. This is my first rough draft of doing just that. This is an initial draft, suggestion are welcome and appreciated.
