The plan for this deck is to steal everyone's sol ring, then play very expensive blue spells (like leviathans). You'll notice I have almost no mana rocks (I plan on stealing them). However, I do have a number of cards that make my expensive spells cheaper. I thought this deck was interesting because it has a very non-traditional acceleration package because I'm expecting to steal all my mana accelerators from other players.

The deck has a sub-themes of control, board bouncing, and generating tokens via cast triggers.

Fun details:Get Padeem out and steal some boots, then most of your board will be untargetable.

A lot of the spells have very high CMC's but have alternative casting costs. This synergies well with Metallurgic Summonings

Teferi's Veil is a criminally underplayed card. Since you should plan on having big leviathans out, swinging with them and having them phase out protects them from board wipes (opponents' or your own).
