I'm certainly not the only one working on a list like this, but here's my take on the 75. (And for those who are unaware, this deck is referencing back to the Solar Flare deck back in CHK/RAV and RAV/TSP standard environments).

Parts I'm least sure about:

Mana base: Not sure if the 2x Darkslicks and 1x Seachrome are better than basics/a 4th Glacial Fortress or Isolated Chapel.

Sideboard: Obviously the meta is up in the air right now (to some extent), so this'll be a little tricky to guess right. But I do like the coverage you get between Doom Blade, Go for the Throat, and Divine Offering (against artifacts, side out GftT for DO, against black, side out the DB for GffT). The control matchup seems pretty good, so I've just got the triple Dissipates and the Sphinx. Like I said, it's still shaky.
