What is your budget?

I'm trying to keep the budget for all my decks as low as possible so that its actually possible for me to attain the cards, seeing as how I'm only playing casually with friends and live on a college student budget.

That being said, give me any suggestions regardless of price, its always good to know how I could improve the deck even if I won't be doing it immediately

Goldnight Commander can be fun in these token decks. I like it in my Boros Anax and Cymede deck. You might try Moonsilver Spear to get a bunch of Angel tokens on the field. You just suicide a soldier holding the spear, and then you can equip it to a 4/4 angel.

Goldnight Commander seems like it is just a different variant of Paragon of New Dawns and more poorly suited for this deck since it is mono-white, unless I just flood the battlefield for an attack, which would be better suited for a more aggressive deck with haste.

Moonsilver Spear however is a really cool card and would fit the theme perfectly. The only thing is it seems a little expensive, 4 to play and 4 to equip.

The thing with Goldnight Commander is that when you drop Raise the Alarm or Captain's Call, it boosts one for each one - so a boost of 2-3 until next turn. You're right about it working great with haste (insane w/Assemble the Legion), but I think it could have a place here. It only works until end of turn, but it boosts itself as well.

Elspeth, Sun's Champion would be good in this deck, but a little pricey - not excessively so, though.

And if you're looking for an efficient buffer, Honor of the Pure is probably one of the best, especially for its price.

I've considered spirits just to diversify the deck, but soldier token generators such as Raise the Alarm and Captain's Call have the added benefit of boosting Champion of the Parish and Captain of the Watch.

And Honor the Pure would work well, so I replaced Glorious Charge with it.

Abzan Battle Priest + Archangel of Thune for Mr. Universe tier iron pumping.

Archangel of Tithes too board lock.

Ajani's Pridemate + any sort of healing like a soul sister or even Sun Droplet

Angel of Jubilation for minor pump, but mainly to screw over any suicide decks. Probably should be a sideboard for its drop.

This deck is not at all geared around life gain, the only life gain the deck has is Resolute Archangel, and even then she could easily be switched out for something better. So while the cards you suggested are good for a deck geared around lifelink, they don't really benefit this deck.

Archangel of Thune is an amazing card, and I would definitely use her if she didn't cost as much as half this entire deck. Archangel of Tithes would be awesome in a control deck, but here her effect would be wasted.

Angel of Jubilation is a good suggestion that I actually added to the maybe board as she would be a good replacement for Paragon of New Dawns
