My take on a W/U/R counterburn deck using Pyromancer's Goggles so we can copy counters or burn spells to get value. I also wanted to try Hangarback Walker out

Keranos, God of Storms: One of our Win cons draws us cards or bolts things whats not to like
Pyromancer's Goggles: The star of this deck can copy our spells at instant speed ex you Mindswipe and then copy it so if x is 3 now they have to pay 6 and take 6
Clash of Wills
/Mindswipe: Normally pay x mana counterspells aren't as good as hard counters but when we get to copy them for free they become very good.
Burn: is our removal or can be a win con not much to say here
Dig Through Time: Not much to say here, this is control.
Anger of the Gods
: Good against goblins, elves, mono white agrro and deathmist raptor

Haven of the Spirit Dragon
: For Control If we need to get back a Ugin

Stratus Dancer: Good for control and can be early chump blocker for agro
Exquisite Firecraft: good against control or Mid range

: Early Interaction with agro
AEther spouts: For G/R and abzan decks can get you more time to find answers

for more burn or counters.
