The general idea is to have a means to get a crap ton of tokens to make Blasphemous act super cheap to blow crap up, then replace with more tokens or burn the world. The spells will trigger a variety of effects to deal damage, make tokens, etc etc. The tokens themselves can trigger a variety of effects to deal damage by entering the battlefield, attacking, or can be sacrificed to deal damage, gain mana or destroy lands. Cards such as Jaya, Purphoros and the Dwarf Noble allow my triggered effects to deal extra damage, which can come in very handy.

Tibalt can be a dirty little planeswalker, but not because of his abilities (that +1 can be nice in Madness though!). His power comes from speed of hitting the table and gaining access to whatever you want to use for your signature spell. Blasphemous Act is great for this, as my meta involves a lot of creature heavy decks which means huge reductions in mana costs to repeatedly cast this SS.
