Jace Reawakened can exile Valki and let you cast Tibalt instead and if you have flash you can skip Jaces downside as it specifies “on your turn”, which Leyline of Anticipation lets you do. Of course this isn’t good enough most of the time to win games but Jace and Leyline go well with blue devotion so part of the decks gameplan is to either win with Master of Waves or draw a bunch and then Thassa's Oracle them (Yuck, I know) or swing with a buffed up creature from Proft's Eidetic Memory. Most of my deck is based on another blue devotion deck made by content creator LVD so I recommend giving his channel a look
