Basic Jhoira Deck. Turn one, drop Greater Gargadon or hold your manna to burn. Turn two, drop Jhoira's Timebug, or hold your mana for a counterspell.Turn three, Jhoira of the Ghitu or wait some more. Whatever is clever. Turn four, ????. Turn five, Profit.

Any suggestions are welcome. Except for storm crow. That card is too OP. I can't stoop that low.
