I want to make an eldrazi deck but i dont want to use an infinite mana loop to get out emrakul so i built this after playing around with Everflowing Chalice. A friend traded me some Voltaic Key and i killed a couple johnnies for some emrakul to make this beast. It is fairly simple to get out stupid monsters like It That Betrays turn 5 and Emrakul, the Aeons Torn t6 (or sooner) using cards like Coretapper Everflowing Chalice and Voltaic Key. Some Dark Ritual really help. T1 voltaic key t2 dark rit play chalice kicked twice tap to play coretapper. T4 put 2 counters on chalice with coretapper and key and play a Grim Afliction to probably kill something and put a 5th counter on chalice t5 give chalice another counter with coretapper and double tap it using key to play It That Betrays or if you are getting overrun by creatures play and activate Contagion Engine t6 all the mana you could need is now available to cast anything. Ring of Three Wishes (or infinite wishes) is there to help you get what you need to stay in the game. I recently threw in a vampire nighthawk as shits and giggles. I originally ran a set of Ichor Rats to infect everyone and would just proliferate to finish but it made me to big a target for the hate so i just have the one in there just in case. I should probably toss in another vnighthawk because that slight lifegain could save me plus deathtouch flyer to pose a threat as a scary defender.
