The splash of blue is actually immensely powerful. Cutting it isn't something I really want to do right now. Nissa, Voice of Zendikar is definitely superb, but is much better in decks designed to go wider than this. Also, 99% sure Rampant Growth is not standard legal.

I say cut blue and add in some more cards like Nissa, Voice of Zendikar or mana ramp cards like Rampant Growth
