I wouldn't go as far to call this Superfriends, but there's a few Planeswalkers hanging around. Control is how I made up for their lack of friends.
This isn't super budget. I mean I guess you can spend upwards of $200-$300 but budget for me is like less than $50. So this is like faux-budget. I would call it budget for a "superfriends" build, but I think it leans more toward Mardu Control ft Planeswalkers. Anyways, I picked up most of the cards for cheap or pulled them out of FNM packs. Sorin and Flamcaller I bought recently since they're like $5. And I've had Ob. I'd love Nahiri, the Harbinger but I haven't gotten around to shelling out $40 cuz I'm broke. Strange deck, I know. I kind of just adapted it from my Kolaghan brings the Thunder...break Regent, so it plays like that one. But I probably should explain it and save you some clicking lol.
How to play:
Try to burn or murder everything that hits the field. Use Harsh Scrutiny and Transgress the Mind to pick apart their hand and slow down their game, and if too many pests hit the board
Fumigate
. Time the burn and hand disruption with Remorseless Punishment so they'll have to take at least 5 off our FIRST one. Then you'd ideally follow it up next turn with another one. Finish out the game with Chandra, Flamecaller, or Sorin, Grim Nemesis + various burn spells. I have all of zero ways to kill Emrakul, the Promised End so... if they're playing delirium here's hoping that we can pick it out with some of our disruption or by punishing them remorselessly.
Additional Thoughts:
Generally I just play Ob Nixilis Reignited to destroy a creature and then create a target for them to attack. We really walk a fine line, so Blessed Alliance should be kicked once (or whatever it's called) to gain 4 life and to remove an attacking creature. I was thinking of putting Murder in the main, and was considering Skywhaler's Shot for the scry, but I haven't really tested with this deck as much as I'd like to. My sideboard's kind of a mess, Alms, Authority of the Consuls, and the gearhulk are in there for aggro. Ruinous Path is for any stupid Liliana's I find, Lost Legacy and Kambal are for control/Liliana. Murder is there for Emrakul but like I said, I'd really like to main it.
