So Sorin and his buddy vampires wanted to recruit a gang of syndicates into his posse, and went on an adventure. He first entered human territory to Gather the Townsfolk and Raise the Alarm. They then said, "we need some bros who are super fly" and got some Lingering Souls. Then they said, "if we're gonna be the baddest group in town, we gotta recruit the Walking Dead extras," and went on a Quest for the Gravelord. Then they said, "we gotta go to confession to remove all our sins so we can be the most angelic, baddest group in town," and consulted Skirsdag High Priest. Little did they know, they all had ugly souls and all had Demons hidden inside of them to be rid of. After cleansing their souls and gaining an Intangible Virtue, they formed a pretty tight, formidable group, Growing Ranks in the multiverse and had their name known - they reproduced like crazy too. Then Mr. Phyrexian Rebirth showed up and said "hi" and everyone died except for Sorin - oh no, what a horror. Sorin went Kamehameha using his ultimate, killing himself, as he turned suicidal, but knowing little that he would respawn again despite not being a red phoenix. He lived a lonely, miserable eternal existence after that. The end.
