Sorin's(Lifegain)Fury Help Wanted!!! (Standard MTG Deck)

First real deck I've made. Basically an Orzhov control/lifegain deck. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.WIll constantly be making changes. The goal is to basically survive early game with Blind Obedience Doomed Traveler , Pacifism , Rhox Faithmender and Vampire Nighthawk and Sorin tokens so I can get Blood Baron of Vizkopa and Obzedat, Ghost Council out as win cons. Nighthawk/Sorin tokens with Rhox Faithmender out will gain me some life, hopefully so Blood Baron becomes a 10/10No Matter what cards I put in this deck seems to be unable to win against any kind of agro deck. The small lifegain in the first 3-5 turns from Blood Artist or anything else is completely irrelevant when my opponents are swinging for much much more every turn. Against slower control decks this deck has worked very well. Best in 2HG or Emperor

Sinister Possession is terrible and useless so I took it out. Put 1x Debt to the Deathless back in because the combo with Exquisite Blood and Faithmender is pretty damn good although it takes a lot of mental math.
