I have seen a few stax decks in my time and this definately holds up. Freakin' beautiful. Also, if you do decide to run Zur's Weirding , you have to put Bloodchief Ascension in the deck too. no, no more cards for you. ever. :P

Also, have you considered Tezzeret the Seeker ? He finds and untaps mana rocks, which can be a huge advantage. He also lets you dig for the right piece of lock down. Two other cards worth looking into - Ethersworn Canonist (can be fetched via Tez) and Spirit of the Labyrinth (can be fetched by Zur).

I like the cards you have suggested, but I'm now at the point where I just don't know what I would pull out to make room. Any suggestions?
