I mean, you're running all six playable dual lands. The off-color fetches should be a no-brainer auto include. Absolutely zero reason not to play them. They guarantee mana fixing, shuffle the library, and thin the deck of lands slightly with no relevant downside.
Personally, I would cut Boseiju, Who Shelters All (really bad), Kor Haven (bad), Maze of Ith (bad), Mistveil Plains (really bad), Serra's Sanctum (bad here), and Tolaria West (bad).

You sir, are wrong. All of those lands are important to this deck. I do not need any more fetches. I usually have 3 duals in play my the 3rd or 4th turn

If you're not going for an optimized decklist, then sure, those lands are fine. All of the ones I suggested cutting are bad in anything resembling a competitive environment though, and replacing them with fetches would be a direct power upgrade.

I'll just have to disagree with you then in terms of philosophy and meta. They all add things that are otherwise lacking. Although the extra fetches might add consistency, there's no point running so many that they end up useless when the game lasts. The last thing I want is a fetchland, with nothing to fetch.

If you're running two mass land destros, you may wanna consider running Faith's Reward to dodge your own destruction. I also see no reason why the likes of Brainstorm, Ponder, and Preordain don't make the cut, they help you avoid getting land screwed with zero drawback.
I would also suggest Yawgmoth's Will since you don't seem to be running mass graveyard hate like Leyline of the Void or Rest in Peace. In fact, if you opt out of Yawgmoth's Will, I would definitely recommend Rest in Peace as one of the all time great day ruiners, up there with Humility.
One final suggestion, Stony Silence is the KING of EDH parade raining. I know it could hurt you, but as with all cards that create symmetry, you wouldn't play it if it wasn't going to help you.

Great deck (as I'm sure you already know), but why not drop some of the repeated cards or redundant ones for more win cons? Even something as simple as Gideon, Champion of Justice or maybe something a little more complex... Oloro, Ageless Acetic+Rhox Faithmender+Wall of Reverence+Serra Avatar is my personal favorite.

You beat me to suggesting that card, yes in this deck it would do quite well.

Hey, how, and when do you use Armageddon, because I toy around with the deck in Playtest, and don't ever feel safe playing armageddon. When is considered the time to play armageddon. After I have 4 mana, after there are plenty of mana rocks on my side, when green ramps out the door, when someone gets near a wincon, even though it may set me back.

When you play Armageddon, you shouldn't be too worried about what it does to you, if it hurts your opponent more, then it's worth it!

in terms of building stax, i'm about to do so for the same reason you've listed. those who kill the fun. on that note, i would greatly appreciate any advice you maybhave for me in your free time. my current beginning incarnation is Tap target player. and i'd like advice before buying. my budget ranges in the lower hundreds. If you have time, thanks, if not, +1 all the same.

Happy to help once the weekend is over. If you haven't already, search for the Stax primers that are on this and other sites and read up on what's out there. There's a ton of great insight out there.
Is there anything specific that you wanted to ask? I work best answering specific questions

understandable, i suffer the weakness that my search device is a tablet, meaning no mouse over, and so lists like that are hours long reads as opposed to minutes. I sadly do not have specific questions because i don't even know what to ask yet. My primary deck before this is a kind of dimir rapid draw superfriends. nearly the opposite. impressed by the quick reply by the way.

Colgate: Mostly because I don't run enough basics/duals to make them super useful, and thus I am less inclined to shell out on foils. Besides, what would YOU cut to make room for them? ;)
