Wondering why you don't run Ensnaring Bridge

Well, the main reason I don't run the bridge is because I hope to have a bunch of cards in hand, which lessens the usefulness of it as a defensive strategy.

What do you think some of the other new cards from WAR? Dovin's Veto , Narset's Reversal , Ashiok, Dream Render , Narset, Parter of Veils , Teferi, Time Raveler , Dovin, Hand of Control , Ugin, the Ineffable , Blast Zone

I gotta say I love this deck! I made a similar one, and though I have to buy some of them slowly as stuff like moat, forcefield, etc. are expensive its super fun to play in its current state. My friends now cant play the game and hate this so much! Nothing feels better than a perfect control like this!

Have you considered Ivory Tower either instead of or in addition to Venser's Journal?

No. Venser's Journal combos nicely with Necropotence and is generally great in our deck
