This deck is built around trying to get a lethal token creature on the board with Soul Separator, and a great target for this is Breaker of Armies because the 1/1 spirit will obtain the breaker's ability to Lure all of the opponent's creatures while the 10/8 zombie is free to stroll up to their face and start gnawing.

We try to maximize the potential of this combo by giving the tokens double strike and haste, so it immediately ends the game if unanswered. We do this by hopefully having an Odric, Lunarch Marshal on the field, along with an Adorned Pouncer / Oketra the True and Earthshaker Khenra / Hazoret the Fervent, or at least a spirit token copy/eternalized version of them.

We also force our opponents to make some tough choices as far as removal is concerned, by creating a token with Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger or Void Winnower abilities, which can be back breaking to certain decks, and also giant creatures that can just beat them down.
