Soundwave Superior, Constructicons inferior.

My favorite monotone second in Command of the Decepticons, a tough commander for sure but fun and a deceptively strong value engine that can ravage your friends.

• Start off with cards like Legion's Landing  , Altar of the Brood, and Ruin Crab to start building up important pieces to your early game.

• Then move to cards like Nadir Kraken, Chasm Skulker, Psychic Corrosion, and Ominous Seas to smooth out the early middle game.

• After establishing a board use Soundwave, Sonic Spy  's Ability to abuse getting free instants and sorceries, just keep in mind it has to be exact damage, so if the opponent has blockers, have more than one spell as a backup target for your token's damages to equal too.

• Abuse Shark Typhoon, Chrome Host Seedshark, and Saruman of Many Colors

• Then use cards like Butcher of Malakir + Ashnod's Altar or Woe Strider, Thunderhawk Gunship, Akroma's Will, and Drown in Dreams to crush your opponents!

A very fun deck that'll go wide, abuse your poor opponent's graveyards, and make you wish that WOTC gave him a ward or made his ability less than but otherwise One of, if not my favorite commanders

EDIT - I strayed too far from the initial goal of this deck and made it into a generic token deck with soundwave spice, so I left everything that was from that deck in the sideboard and I'm now going back to my original idea of lots of espionage like the big bot thought as well.
