Let us be honest. Everyone likes their first child most of all. Sovereign, of Lost Friendship is similar in that aspect. This Zur build is the first EDH build I have ever made. I feel it is decent but required some work.

This Zur deck is not purely voltron like most of the Zur decks out there. The focus of this deck is separated into two main objectives. First of the objectives is to keep other players from casting spells or limit their ability to respond. The second objective is to be completely unfair in the offensive abilities.

I have not tested this deck much because most of my friends refuse to play it. some fun combos i know at the moment are:

• Bitterblossom + Contamination.

• Sovereigns of Lost Alara is fun because it allows zur to snag two enchantments instead of one. I am current trying to fit Eldrazi Conscription into the deck so sovereigns can fetch it.

• Strionic Resonator for similar reasons as above.
