Soldiers is the name of the game here. Nothing harder to cast than a 3 converted mana cost unless it has convoke. However with all the tokens and cheap creatures around convoking the Obelisk doesn't seem to be a problem. In testing so far it seems to churn out lethal damage and then some by turn five and it just gets worse from there.

Obviously control is it's weak point but with most of the nasty board sweepers cycling out the god of passage makes it quite painful to kill off creatures.

Clarification: I am aware there are cards that are standard legal that would work better at this time but the purpose of this deck is to future proof it from cycling in a month.
