Instant (1)

Not overly competitive I just play for fun with friends. Just Blow everything up, instants and sorceries pump Umara Mystic and allow you to draw lots with Aegar, the Freezing Flame. Goblin Electromancer reduces mana cost of instants/sorcs, Jaya Ballard allows for some cool things with 3 extra mana a turn ect.

Lier, Disciple of the Drowned is the Crux of the deck along with Thousand-Year Storm. Play lots of cheap spells and combo off. I try to start with Teach by Example then Lightning Bolt or Wizard's Lightning so it's copied the first time, then the next time you play it from the grave Thousand-Year Storm will begin triggering and now you keep playing 1 mana burn spells from hand then again from the grave and just outvalue your opponents face. Get an Umara Mystic or Aegar, the Freezing Flame out as soon as you can, start beating down with creatures and zapping them with lightening from here. Bonus if using Jaya's +1 for 3 mountains a turn to spend on burn triggering Aegars draw engine

Few sideboards I run, By Force solid removal for tricky artifacts that mess with the gameplan, Stern Dismissal against enchantment heavy decks, hold up a Mana Leak for when it comes back down. Burn Down the House or Blasphemous Act for decks that go wide on you. Monastery Siege just cuz taxing other burn decks is a wonderful thing. Leyline of Punishment, solid sideboard vs Lifegain decks. Standard Graveyard hate with Grafdigger's Cage and Soul-Guide Lantern.

This deck lets you play a hell of a lot of magic, quite often get through half the deck in a single game just banging out 1 mana spells and copying Desperate Ritual with Thousand-Year Storm after like 4 other instants/sorcs to get 15 more mana to continue pumping out the punishment. Usually you kill them before you get the chance to go absolutely mental but if they end up being a deck with lots of little chumps you can keep Smiting them down with mystical lightning strikes to keep their board clear and drawing off Aegar, the Freezing Flame and finish them with something like a huge mana dump into Red Sun's Zenith copied a billion times for arc of the covenant vs Jericho level decimation :) P.S. It's fun.....
